In the magnificent La Chappelle castle farm, just north of Anthisnes in the province of Liège, Seppe Nobels is launching a very special restaurant project in early June 2021: La Chapelle – from Farm to Plate. Surrounded by forest and nature, by fields and rivers rich in fish, Seppe will cook five evenings every month on the unique 15th century castle estate. He serves organic gastronomy, using seasonal products from local farms. One Saturday a month, he also takes the guests of La Chapelle on a unique and exclusive food tour, in the almost enchanting region around the castle. That culinary tour takes guests past growers and producers, but also through forests and along rivers. Seppe explains, and lets you taste – and all aspects of sustainable and organic cooking are covered. And in the evening, the guests find the products they have come to know on their plates – during a gastronomic multi-course dinner in La Chapelle, prepared by Seppe himself.
